Executive Team

Kent S. Levenson
Kent S. Levenson
Mr. Levenson is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received his Masters degree from Georgia State University. He has worked as a real estate broker in the Atlanta area since 1970. In that time he has worked with such institutional investors as the Robert A. McNeal Corporation, Epic Investment Corporation and the Jocks Miller Corporation.

Mr. Levenson formed Easlan Capital of Atlanta, Inc. in 1986 and has served as President and CEO since that time where he oversees the firm’s development of apartments, office, retail and in 2013 Mr. Levenson became a principal in Parkside Equities, LLC specializing in multifamily and mixed use developments throughout the southeast.

In 1994, Mr. Shaw teamed with the residential development division of Easlan Capital of Atlanta, Inc., where he joint ventured single family and townhome developments throughout Atlanta. During that time, he developed and/or sold to various single family homebuilders such as Pulte Homes, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Bowen Family Homes, Ashton Woods and Rivercrest Homes.

Beginning in 2007 Mr. Shaw became a partner in Easlan Capital’s retail and multifamily developments overseeing the development and construction of various projects. Mr. Shaw became a principal in Parkside Development Group in 2013 specializing in multifamily and mixed use developments throughout the Southeast.

Leonard Meltz
Leonard Meltz
Mr. Meltz has a BBA degree from the University of Georgia and has been active in various real estate ventures throughout the southeast for forty five years. Mr. Meltz held real estate lending positions with both Trust Company Bank and Citizens and Southern REIT in Atlanta from 1970 to 1976. Moving to Washington DC in 1976 he oversaw the development of the northeastern United States for Ticor Mortgage Insurance Company as its Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. He later became President and COO of The EPIC Group, a national real estate investment firm headquarted in Washington DC until returning to Atlanta in 1988 where he became a partner and President of Noro Capital Advisors, a Dutch real estate advisory firm.

Since 1990 he has been a principal with Easlan Capital of Atlanta, a regional development firm operating in Greenville, Charlotte and Atlanta, where he has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s development of apartments, office, retail and hotels throughout the southeast.

In 2013 Mr. Meltz became a principal in Parkside Equities, LLC specializing in multifamily and mixed use developments throughout the southeast.

Matthew W. Meshad
Matthew W. Meshad
Matthew manages the acquisition, design and development of Parkside Equities multifamily projects.

His previous 18 years of experience with Parkside Equities and Easlan Capital of Atlanta includes the supervision, design and construction of retail, office and multifamily assets in excess of 500 million dollars.
Mr. Meshad graduated from The University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
